- Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Hours: Full Time - 40 hours, Monday to Friday

About the Role
As Facilities & Logistics Operative, you will support the smooth running of our nursery portfolio by managing laundry operations, preparing stock and supporting logistics processes from our central hub in Teddington.
You will:
- Process daily laundry requirements, including washing, drying, folding and preparing items for nursery sites
- Ensure all laundered items meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Monitor and report stock levels of linen and operational items
- Maintain and support laundry equipment, reporting any faults or issues
- Pick, pack and prepare consumables, uniforms, linen and nursery supplies for dispatch
- Organise stock rooms and storage areas to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with inventory checks, stock counts and stock control processes
- Support logistics preparation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to nursery sites
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment at all times
- Follow health & safety and manual handling procedures consistently
- Support continuous improvement across laundry and logistics processes
What we’re looking for
You are reliable, hands-on and take pride in delivering high standards of operational work. You enjoy structured tasks, working with detail and being part of a team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
You will have:
- Previous experience in warehouse, laundry, logistics, facilities or operational environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks safely
- A strong work ethic and dependable approach to attendance and timekeeping
- Experience in commercial laundry operations (Desirable)
- Experience using stock control or inventory systems (Desirable)
- Experience supporting facilities or multi-site operations (Desirable)

You are comfortable working in a hands-on, physical environment and can work both independently and as part of a wider team. You can remain focused and efficient within a busy work environment while remaining positive and willing to support where needed.
