About The Role:

  • Responsible for acquiring new agents through an educational approach by engaging with MSME (UMKM) communities and conducting mass education sessions to drive registration and initial transactions.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Visit MSME (UMKM) communities (approximately 15 communities per day)
  • Schedule and conduct mass education sessions (twice per week)
  • Encourage agent registration and first transactions
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
  • Deliver educational sessions covering:
    Basic business financial literacy
    Utilization of technology for MSMEs
    Introduction to Fazz and its use cases

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport easily
  • Comfortable working in the field (mobile role) and interacting with many people daily
  • Able to deliver education in a clear, persuasive, and non-hard-selling manner
  • Accustomed to working with daily targets and routine reporting
