Platform Product Manager (Payment & Lending)

About the Role
We are seeking a Platform Product Manager to own and lead the development of Fazz Agen’s Payment and Lending Platform. These platforms serve our internal ecosystem and require seamless integration to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will ensure that both platforms deliver exceptional performance, operational efficiency, and compliance to the regulatory requirements.

You will lead core parts of our fintech platform that will help to accelerate digital businesses. You will be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of all initiatives that will ensure our customers get the most value out of our fintech products.

What You Will Do

  • Ownership of Payment and Lending Platforms: Manage the entire lifecycle of the Payment Platform and Lending Platform, ensuring they meet the needs of the internal ecosystem and align with business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and business teams to design and deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant platforms.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the Platforms meet all regulatory requirements and maintain compliance as regulations evolve.
  • Platform Scalability: Lead efforts to scale the platforms to meet the growing demands of the business, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Integration & Innovation: Drive the roadmap for feature development, integrations, and innovations across both platforms, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to measure platform performance, identify improvement areas, and make informed decisions on platform enhancements.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in platform management for fintech, payments, or lending.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services across payment & lending.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and platforms simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to make informed decisions.
