Legal Associate

About the Role

As a Legal Associate at Fazz Agen, you will experience working in fintech where you will assist the legal counsel, finance, business development, and compliance team in day to day legal matters. We are looking for someone who has good communications skills and is able to review and create legal documents, have great attention to detail and have good time management. 

Job Descriptions

  • Maintain corporate legal documentation and contract management for our Indonesian companies.
  • Being the first point of contact for legal related mattes, and to liaise internally with fellow legal teams.
  • Providing day to day administration and support for data management & contract management processes. 
  • Review of standardize contracts in accordance with our contracting policies.
  • Collaborate intra-departments to resolve their needs namely creating our standard agreements, review of third-party contracts and other legal documents.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • 2-3 years minimum experience in a law firm and/or banking/financial institution company.
  • Based in Jakarta, and available to work from our office.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google docs, Google sheet, and google calendar.
  • Strong skills in drafting legal documents and high attention to details.
  • Good communication and is able to work on tight deadlines.
  • Strong written English and preferably spoken too.
  • Not only smart but have good attitude.
