CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist

WORK LOCATION: Warsaw (Hybrid)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns across European markets.
• Create and manage mass and automated email campaigns using Bloomreach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare campaign content and assets.
• Develop audience segmentation for personalized and relevant messaging.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize email campaigns for performance.
• Monitor email deliverability and resolve related issues.
• Analyze campaign performance (e.g., using Bloomreach, Google Analytics, Power BI) and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare reports with recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.

 

WHAT YOU BRING IN

• Experience in creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Experience in Bloomreach is a plus, or familiarity with similar tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Synerise, SALESmanago).
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and A/B testing.
• Basic HTML skills for editing and troubleshooting email templates.
• Analytical mindset.
• Understanding of email deliverability and authentication protocols (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Excel.
• Strong English communication skills and a collaborative, results-driven attitude.
