Category Assistant

Work location: Warsaw (hybrid model)

FULL-TIME

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

You will support our Category Managers in their daily work. Your scope of tasks will include:

• Supporting in deep dive performance analysis including sales, profitability and inventory levels
• Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional activities, including price discounts, special offers, and marketing campaigns.
• Tracking the effectiveness of promotions and suggesting adjustments if needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on category goals and strategies.
• Supporting the execution of cross-functional projects that impact the category.
• Coordinating meetings and communications between the category management team and other departments.
• Ownership of category weekly planner and the category team’s tasks
• Assisting the Category Manager in organizing and prioritizing tasks for the team based on urgency and importance.

 

WHAT YOU BRING IN  

• Student or graduate in a business-related field (economics, business, management etc.) or business related experience
• Very good communication skills and ability to work with various multicultural teams
• Ability to create analysis in Excel and use basic Excel functions or having analytical mind and learning quickly
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Availability to work full-time (Monday - Friday)
