Why this role matters
As a Social Media Specialist (Intern), you will support the management and growth of Exness Life (our employer brand) and EX3 (the company’s apartment construction project) across social media platforms.
You will help create engaging content, maintain a consistent brand presence, and track performance metrics to enhance talent attraction, brand awareness, and audience engagement. This role provides hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and analytics within a real business context.
What you'll actually do
- Assist in developing and executing social media content strategies for Exness Life and EX3.
- Help create engaging content, including text, images, and short videos, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update content calendars, scheduling posts across relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and assist with performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Support community engagement by responding to comments and messages under guidance.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Design, and Project teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Assist with monthly reporting and analysis of social media performance metrics.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, PR, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and platform best practices.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear and engaging copy.
- Creative mindset with basic storytelling skills.
- Analytical and organized, comfortable tracking performance metrics and working with spreadsheets.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interest in employer branding, corporate communications, or real estate marketing.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
- Previous internship or project experience in social media management.
- Experience managing personal or university social media accounts.
- Basic video editing or graphic design skills.
