What you'll actually do
- Requirement Gathering: Assist senior analysts in interviewing stakeholders to understand business needs and "pain points."
- Process Mapping: Create visual diagrams (Flowcharts, BPMN) of current business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for automation.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and system guides.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Help execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new system updates meet the original business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Use tools like Excel or SQL to analyze system data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support: Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance to end-users on how to use internal platforms effectively.
Who we’re looking for
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
- Analytical Mindset: A natural curiosity for "how things work" and a knack for spotting patterns in data.
- Communication Skills: The ability to translate "tech-speak" into plain English for non-technical teammates.
- Technical Familiarity:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Exposure to tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Soft Skills: Strong time-management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
