Why this role matters

As an Internal Communications Intern, you will help shape how our employees stay informed, engaged, and connected. You will support the creation and delivery of internal news, multimedia content, and event communications that strengthen company culture and foster collaboration.

Working closely with the Internal Communications team, you will gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital production, and event support, helping to ensure that internal messages are clear, engaging, and aligned with the company’s tone of voice.


What you'll actually do
  • Support the creation of internal news content by brainstorming ideas, interviewing stakeholders, drafting articles, and ensuring timely publication on the employee portal.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Campaign Manager and Graphic Designer to produce digital content across internal channels, including:
    • Video Content: Developing scripts, coordinating filming, and editing videos for announcements, leadership interviews, and promotional materials.
    • Office Digital Signage: Creating dynamic slides and short animations for office displays to reinforce key messages.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal events to promote culture, collaboration, and innovation, including hackathons and professional meetups.
  • Participate in broader internal communications initiatives and daily activities as needed.

Who we’re looking for
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree) in progress or completed, preferably in HR, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively for different internal audiences.
  • Experience in creating multimedia content (video, graphics, or written materials, e.g., personal social media, blogs, YouTube, TikTok) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

  • Interest in internal communications, employee engagement, and content production.
  • Basic skills in video editing, graphic design, or digital content creation tools.
