Design plays a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced by millions of users worldwide. In this role, you will contribute to creating high-quality visual content that communicates our brand clearly, consistently, and creatively across multiple channels.
You will work closely with designers, marketers, and other creative professionals to support the development of engaging visuals for digital and print platforms. Through collaboration, research, and experimentation with modern tools—including AI-powered design workflows—you will help elevate the quality and effectiveness of our visual communication.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, and motivated to continuously improve their creative and technical skills.
What you'll actually do
- Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, banners, and website assets.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Conduct research to understand current design trends, target audience preferences, and industry standards.
- Brainstorm and propose creative ideas to enhance campaign performance and visual storytelling, including experimenting with AI tools in the design workflow.
- Optimize designs for different platforms and formats, ensuring responsive and adaptive designs for web and print.
- Prepare and export high-quality design files for digital or print production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, developers, marketers, and photographers to deliver cohesive creative projects.
- Continuously improve design outputs based on feedback and evolving creative standards.
Who we’re looking for
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different formats and media (digital, print, etc.).
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
- Familiarity with web and product design tools, such as Figma.
- Strong visual sense with a good eye for aesthetics, composition, and typography.
- Understanding of responsive design principles for digital platforms.
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
- Highly motivated quick learner who is open to feedback and new creative challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality visual work.
- Collaborative mindset with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
