Why this role matters
As an Office Administrator Intern, you will support daily office operations across all Cyprus locations, ensuring smooth functionality, organized workspaces, and efficient coordination of resources.
This role provides hands-on experience in office management, process improvement, event support, and operational logistics, giving exposure to the daily running of a dynamic, multi-office environment.
What you'll actually do
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations across all offices in Cyprus.
- Collaborate with the Office Management team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain clean, organized, and functional office spaces.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels of F&B supplies and stationery, ensuring timely orders and restocking.
- Assist in organizing and supporting in-house events.
- Provide support to the fleet management team as needed.
Who we’re looking for
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree) in progress or completed, preferably in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong time management skills and result-focused mindset.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build good relationships.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in office administration, event coordination, or operational support.
- Familiarity with inventory or facilities management processes.
- Interest in office operations and process optimization.
