Why this role matters

As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst Intern, you will support the Partnership division by transforming data into clear, actionable insights. You will help design, build, and maintain dashboards that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.

This role provides hands-on experience with SQL, dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Metabase, and data visualization practices, while working closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.


What you'll actually do
  • Collect dashboard requirements from stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs.
  • Build and maintain data sources using SQL.
  • Develop new dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
  • Maintain and support existing dashboards used by the Partnership division.
  • Assist users by answering questions and guiding them on how to use dashboards effectively.
Who we’re looking for
  • Strong analytical or mathematical mindset.
  • Basic coding experience in languages such as Python, Matlab, R, C, or SQL.
  • Interest or experience in data visualization (charts, graphs, or dashboards from school/university projects).
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

What to expect during the interview

  • A few simple SQL questions to assess analytical thinking.
  • Review of published dashboards on Tableau Public (can be shared in advance).

Note: Candidates are not expected to have prior knowledge of SQL or Tableau when first contacted by HR. However, we encourage learning the basics of SQL and creating a Tableau Public profile before the technical interview.
