Your role at Exness:

Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in optimizing and automating manual processes, specifically related to QA scorecards. The intern will contribute to developing an efficient, AI-ready ecosystem for chat audits and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing the current QA scorecard system and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to design and implement an improved data management system.
• Support the transition from manual scorecards to an automated system by documenting requirements and workflows.
• Research and suggest AI-powered tools that can enhance chat auditing processes.
• Test and validate automated processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in creating user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for QA data visualization.
• Support in maintaining data integrity, consistency, and security within the system.
• Provide documentation and training materials for the newly developed automation processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on data optimization and AI integration.

Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (JAVA, Python, R, or VBA).
• Knowledge with Google Workplace and Microsoft Office, specially Google Sheets and Excel.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
