Your role at Exness:

The primary purpose of the HR Administrative Intern is to assist the HR department in executing daily administrative tasks and supporting HR initiatives. The intern will gain exposure to various HR functions, including admin, recruitment, and employee development, thereby contributing to the efficient operation of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

Administrative support: 

  • Maintain and update internal databases with new employee information, such as contact details and employment forms.
  • File HR documents and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Assistance in the immigration process of relocated employees.
  • Supporting of the on-boarding of new employees

Assisting in Talent Acquisition:

  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Post, update, and remove job advertisements on job boards and careers pages.

Payroll Support: 

  • Gather and input payroll data, including working hours, leaves, and othe relevant information, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Employee Relations:

  • Participate in non confidential HR meetings.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an office environment or a junior HR role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and resume databases is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, especially Google Sheets.
  • Basic understanding of Uruguayan labor legislation and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
