Your role at Exness:

The Commercial Events Assistant Intern will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of commercial events. This role is designed for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of event management. The intern will work closely with the Event Specialist to ensure smooth and successful event delivery that meets the objectives of our business and provides an exceptional experience for participants and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of commercial events.
  • Support the events team in managing vendor relationships, sourcing event materials, and handling event-related inquiries.
  • Help with onsite event management, including setup, registration, guest assistance, and breakdown activities.
  • Participate in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and to gather insights for future events.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of event objectives with broader business goals.
  • Maintain organized records of all event details, including budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed to support the events team and contribute to the overall success of each event.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a University program related to Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, PR or similar field.
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in the events industry, with a willingness to learn and take on various tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new event management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
