Your role at Exness:

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (Internship) to join our Design department - learn, have fun and design.

You will:

• Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials, such as advertisements, brochures, banners, and websites.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Conduct research to understand current design trends, target audience preferences, and industry standards.
• Brainstorm and propose creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
• Optimize designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring responsive and adaptive designs for web and print.
• Ensure high-quality output by preparing designs for print or digital publication.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as copywriters, developers, or photographers, to integrate various creative elements into cohesive designs.

The Ideal Intern:

• Higher education (Bachelor degree) in progress or completed, in a related field.
• Experience in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
• Familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• A good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles for digital media.
• Photography or illustration skills is a plus.
• Quick learner, open and ready for new challenges.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various media (print, digital, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
