Your role at Exness:
We are looking for a Junior Internal Knowledge Management Specialist (Internship) to join our Training and Quality department. You will learn about the different areas of Knowledge Management and help in the day to day task such as dissipating product information and maintaining the knowledge bases.
You will:
- Perform Audits on quality checks on content
- Participate in meeting liaising with stakeholders from different departments to keep track of new information
- Manage, maintain and develop the company’s internal and External Knowledge bases (GKB & Portal, HelpCenter)
- Learn (Briefly) the projects handled by the Knowledge Management team in CY (Exness Kitchen, UAT, Assessment)
The Ideal Intern:
- Higher education (Bachelor degree) in progress or completed, in a related field
- Basic Copy Writing skills
- IT affinity
- Basic knowledge of project management methodology
- Strong written/verbal communication skills, presentation skills
- Strong time management, result-focus, responsibility
- Strong organization skills
- Good relationship-building skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good analytical skills/data analysis skills
- Quick learner, open and ready for new challenges
