Your role at Exness:

We are looking for a Junior Site Reliability Engineer (internship) join our Platform department and support in enhancing the quality of the SRE service catalog, monitoring and addressing daily production issues, improving the reliability, quality, and speed of software delivery and providing operational support and engineering for distributed applications.

You will:

• Ensure the catalog is comprehensive, up-to-date, and effectively supports operational needs
• Ensure daily cases are in actual state
• Analyse metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
• Provide correlation between layers, highlight hidden parts, improve observability and configure anomaly detector
• Escalate issues to product / platform teams, initiate firefighting process, provide issue summary
• Contribute to handbooks/run-books, general documentation

The Ideal Intern:

• Higher education (Bachelor degree) in progress or completed, in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic experience in Linux and Windows
• Basic experience programming in Golang, Python, C++ or Java
• Basic understanding of Linux and TCP/IP network fundamentals
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and architectures
• Fluent written and spoken English.
