Your role at Exness:

We are looking for a Junior People Analytics and Technology Specialist (Internship) join our People department and assist with administrative support, documentation and data management related to people analytics and technology.

You will:

• Assist in the documentation of People Analytics and Technology processes and requirements, creation of related knowledge base.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR analytics dashboards and reports to provide actionable intelligence to HR and management teams.
• Participate in HR technology projects, including data clean-ups, uploads, and migration, rollout of new features or tools etc.
• Assist in the operational support of cooperation with People technology providers (paperwork, invoicing etc.).

The Ideal Intern:

• Higher education (Bachelor degree) in progress or completed in Human Resources, Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other HR technologies is a plus. Experience with data visualization tools (eg., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in data processing and analysis using Python or JavaScript are preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner, open and ready for new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
