Your role at Exness:

We are looking for a Junior PR Specialist (Internship) to join our Public Relations (PR) department and support the team with day to day projects and marketing campaigns. We are looking for a junior specialist with a passion for public relations, a strong interest in media and communication, proactivity and eagerness to learn.

You will:

  • Track media coverage related to the company, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Identify and remove irrelevant mentions, ensuring reports focus on accurate SOV.
  • Prepare concise daily or weekly summaries for the team.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, articles or interviews.
  • Brainstorm creative content ideas for campaigns or initiatives.
  • Maintain the Editorial Calendar up to date.
  • Compile key principles, tools, and processes in public relations.
  • Include guidelines on media relations, crisis communication, and brand messaging.
  • Design the handbook as a practical resource for onboarding or reference by team members.

The Ideal Intern:

  • Higher education (Bachelor degree) in progress or completed, in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of PR and Communication theory, i.e. media relations, written skills, etc.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to draft clear, concise, and engaging content: press releases, articles, or interviews
  • Fluency with AI tools and ability to aligning content with a brand’s tone and messaging.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently on long-term projects, such as the PR 101 Handbook.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • A knack for brainstorming fresh ideas for content and campaigns and openness to exploring innovative approaches in PR practices.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
