Your role at Exness:

We are looking for a Junior Business System Analyst (Internship) to join our Internal Development department and contribute to analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems, focusing on core backend solutions. You will assist in integrating technical solutions with business needs to optimize efficiency and productivity. This role involves close collaboration with IT teams and business units to understand requirements and support the delivery of effective system solutions.

You will:

• Assist in analyzing business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
• Help maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and gather feedback.
• Assist in preparing specifications describing a technical implementation of requirements, including integration flows, data models, UI specifications, etc.
• Participate in the solution and system design stages while cooperating with developers and solution architects.
• Assist in preparing technical and user documentation for services that your team develops.

The Ideal Intern:

• Higher education (bachelor's degree) is in progress or has been completed in business, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with systems analysis methodologies and techniques.
• Understanding of basic project management principles and practices.
• Ability to document and analyze business processes and technical specifications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Web Services and REST API and microservices architecture will be considered an advantage.
• Understanding of integration processes and knowledge of notations (such as UML) will be considered an advantage.
