Your role at Exness:

We are looking for a Junior Internal Infrastructure Engineer (Internship) to join our Internal Infrastructure department and support the team on daily tasks, ongoing projects and events.

You will:

• Assist in managing project tasks, particularly for office openings, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration.
• Handle IT equipment provisioning and collection for new hires and departures, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Monitor and respond to IT support requests, maintaining SLA performance in line with the team’s standards.
• Adhere to all security policies and procedures related to IT equipment usage and access.
• Ensure all IT equipment remains in good working condition and is properly maintained.
• Track IT assets and keep the inventory system up to date.
• Maintain storage areas in an organized and secure manner.

The Ideal Intern:

• Higher education (Bachelor degree) in progress or completed, in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT support, troubleshooting, and hardware/software management.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking is a plus.
• Understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and basic troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, Wi-Fi setup, VPN, etc.).
• Ability to install, configure, and update software applications.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and SLA concepts (training will be provided).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
