Your role at Exness:

We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer (Internship) to join our Payments Design department and support the design team in maintaining high-quality standards, identifying issues, and documenting them in the backlog for resolution.

You will:

• Conduct design reviews to ensure implementation quality, documenting discrepancies, and communicating them with developers.
• Identify issues in dark mode designs and creating tasks for their resolution.
• Participate in team workflows and collaboration processes.

The Ideal Intern:

• Higher education (Bachelor degree) in progress or completed in a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Basic understanding of UX principles in design and how to improve them.
• Completion of any UX/UI design courses.
• Strong time management, result-oriented mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Quick learner who is open to and ready for new challenges.
