About the opportunity 👇

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Exclaimer’s commercial teams with pre- and post- sales queries, providing up to date technical knowledge of how our products are built and operate. 
  • Help the sales team increase its sales performance and productivity, whilst reducing buying friction with the customer.
  • Working with sales to ensure our solution accurately addresses customer needs. 
  • Supporting the advancement of revenue opportunities, to both existing and new customers, across our entire portfolio of solutions. 
  • Modelling the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity. 
  • Maintaining high technical of Exclaimers products and ensuring this knowledge is communicated to the sales teams. 
  • Talk with customers and engineers to assess implementation needs and to determine system requirements. 
  • Build and present custom demos of Exclaimers products to customers as well as providing technical RFP responses. 
  • Supporting Exclaimer’s commercial teams with pre- and post- sales queries, providing up to date technical knowledge of how our products are built and operate. 
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers. 
  • Supporting the advancement of revenue opportunities, to both existing and new customers, across our entire portfolio of solutions. 

 

Skills, knowledge, and expertise 

  • Proven experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Consultant role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment. 
  • Technical understanding of SaaS products, system integrations, and cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, Exchange).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non technical audiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to support sales teams in complex sales cycles, including building business cases, responding to RFPs, and running trials/POCs. 
  • Experience in designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical workshops to customers and prospects. 
  • Problem-solving and consultative skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and align them with product capabilities. 
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical feasibility with business impact, influencing both customer decisions and internal product roadmaps.
