About the opportunity 👇
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of existing underperforming partners — diagnose why they’re underdelivering
and build targeted re-engagement plans to get them active. - Conduct regular partner check-ins to map their customer base and identify accounts that
match Exclaimer’s ideal customer profile (ICP). - Drive upsell and expansion conversations with partners who have existing Exclaimer
customers showing signals for growth (seat expansion, additional products, renewals). - Work closely with partners to identify net-new pipeline within their customer books, helping
them register deals and progress opportunities with Exclaimer’s sales team. - Support partner enablement by ensuring reps understand Exclaimer’s value prop and can
confidently position it within the Microsoft/M365 ecosystem. - Promote deal registration, margin incentives, and co-marketing resources to deepen partner
engagement and motivate activity. - Collaborate with Partner Success Managers and internal sales AEs in a pod model to
progress partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. - Track partner activity, pipeline health, and expansion metrics in Salesforce and flag at-risk or
stalled partners for intervention. - Participate in partner-facing events, webinars, and enablement sessions to build awareness
and strengthen relationships. - Ensure partners are using Exclaimer internally and actively evangelizing the solution within
their teams.
Skills, knowledge, and experience
- Some exposure to channel, partner, or indirect sales in a B2B SaaS or IT/software
environment — could be a first role or an internship; we’ll invest in your growth. - A natural relationship builder who enjoys diagnosing problems and finding creative ways to
unlock value with partners. - Comfortable having commercial conversations — you understand upsell motions and aren’t
afraid to ask for the business. - Familiarity with the Microsoft/M365 ecosystem is a strong plus; you understand how VARs
and resellers operate within it. - Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a broad portfolio of partners without letting
things slip through the cracks. - Clear, confident communicator — comfortable presenting to partners, running enablement
calls, and collaborating cross-functionally. - Experience with Salesforce or any CRM/PRM tool is a bonus, but not required.
