Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the creation and maintenance of fields, views reports, dashboards, campaigns and all other tooling objects and functions.
  • Attend team meetings to collect feedback on SFDC changes where appropriate.
  • Develop working and efficient technical solutions based on requirements
  • Assessing and managing risks on a daily basis and knowing when to make a decision and when to seek further clarification.
  • Monitor and make recommendations to improve data quality and integrity, acting on those recommendations where necessary.
  • Day to day general administration tasks, such as account unlocking, MFA issues, helping users fine tune reports and general system usage troubleshooting.
  • Weekly admin tasks, including snapshot creation, de-duplication tasks, examination of any error and debug logs
  • Monitor and improve data quality and integrity, including de-duplication and cleansing activities
  • Attend team meetings to capture feedback on Salesforce changes and communicate updates clearly
  • General monthly admin tasks, including field utilisation reports, sandbox refresh and backups, implementation of high priority patch-installs from SFDC.
  • Support users with day-to-day administration, including account unlocking, MFA issues, troubleshooting and reporting assistance
  • Document changes, maintain system knowledge bases and provide user training where needed

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
  • Experience of Salesforce administration, including objects, fields, reports, dashboards and campaigns and managing data quality, de-duplication and cleansing activities.
  • Experience of supporting users with system access, MFA, reports and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security settings, roles, profiles and permissions
  • Familiarity with release management tasks such as sandbox refreshes, patch installs and backups
  • Experience of gathering requirements and developing practical technical solutions
  • Familiarity with documenting changes, training users and supporting adoption
  • Ability to problem-solve as well as innovate and find solutions, you have a capability to learn and develop.
  • Confident at communicating at all levels within a global business.
