We`re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Retention Manager to strengthen and grow our existing B2B client portfolio within the iGaming industry. This role focuses on reactivating partners, increasing contract GGR, and ensuring long-term client engagement through effective post-launch performance management and commercial alignment. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, minimizing churn, and rebuilding partnerships with casino operators and aggregators.

The expertise we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, retention, or client success (B2B environment)
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive commercial outcomes
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and opportunities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach
  • Fluent English

Your position will include

  • Own the reactivation of inactive, underperforming, and churned B2B projects
  • Re-engage operators that have fully stopped cooperation and understand reasons for churn and assess reactivation potential
  • Analyze reseller and operator portfolios to identify activated but non-performing integrations
  • Work closely with resellers to revive dormant operators within their networks
  • Proactively reach out to inactive or churned partners to identify blockers
  • Rebuild relationships and restart commercial activity through tailored reactivation approaches
  • Coordinate internal teams (Product, Tech, Marketing) to support relaunch or reactivation scenarios
  • Document churn reasons, reactivation outcomes, and recurring blockers for internal insights
  • Transfer non-responsive or commercially blocked cases to the Sales team with full context and recommendations
