- Significant experience in B2B sales within the iGaming industry;
- Strong existing network of operators and key decision-makers in LATAM;
- Proven track record of successfully closing commercial deals in the region;
- Deep understanding of casino/slots products and local market specifics;
- Fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese will be a strong advantage);
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Commercial mindset and focus on financial performance;
- Ability to work independently and drive regional growth;
- Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events.
- Driving Evoplay’s expansion across LATAM markets;
- Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with operators and partners;
- Owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting to contract signing and launch;
- Identifying new business opportunities through your network and market research;
- Leading commercial negotiations and closing strategic deals;
- Representing the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events;
- Collaborating with internal teams (product, legal, integrations) to ensure smooth launches;
- Providing market insights, competitor analysis, and regulatory feedback to support regional growth.
