Led by a talented leadership team and an outstanding Board of Directors, Every Cure is supported through funding from leading philanthropic organizations like Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and Elevate Prize Foundation and a federal contract with ARPA-H.

Every Cure is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as the Director of Clinical Operations. In this key role, you will drive the day-to-day execution of clinical trials and studies, ensuring they are conducted with efficiency, quality, and full compliance with regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, you will play a vital role in propelling Every Cure’s mission to deliver transformative treatments to patients around the world. 

How You Will Make an Impact: 

• Lead Clinical Trial and Study Execution 
  • Oversee the operational management of clinical trials and other clinical studies, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 
  • Manage trial resources, including CROs, sites, and investigators, to ensure high-quality outcomes. 
  • Ensure all clinical operations comply with regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA standards. 
• Collaborate on Trial Design and Strategy 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align trial execution with Every Cure’s clinical and organizational priorities. 
  • Contribute to the development of trial protocols, operational plans, and study designs. 
• Monitor and Optimize Trial Progress 
  • Track and report on trial progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership. 
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain study timelines and objectives. 
• Engage Internal and External Stakeholders on Clinical Operations 
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams, CROs, clinical sites, and other stakeholders to ensure trial success. 
• Regulatory and Compliance Management 
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in trial submissions and documentation. 
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving regulatory standards and implement best practices. 

What You Bring to the Team: 

• Education 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. 
  • Advanced degrees (MS, MBA, PhD, MD) preferred. 
• Experience 
  • 7+ years of experience in clinical operations, clinical trial management, or related fields. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex clinical trials, other clinical studies, and operational systems. 
  • Experience working in drug development and with cross-functional teams. 
• Technical Skills 
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial design and operational management. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical trials and submissions. 
  • Proficiency in leveraging tools and technologies to optimize clinical operations. 
• Leadership and Collaboration Skills 
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Salary + Benefits: 

• Your paycheck: Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $160,000 - $220,000 annually.
