Overview
As a Junior Customer Care Executive (Ballsport), you will be the first point of contact for our Ballsport customers, supporting them with B2B topics related to the Eversports Ballsport Manager and handling B2C support requests within the Ballsport segment. You’ll be part of the Customer Care team and your goal will be to ensure fast, high-quality responses, smooth onboardings, and a great customer experience, all while contributing to our mission to “Make Sports Happen.”
Location: Vienna, Austria
Employment: Full-time (35h/week, one day off every second week!)
Planned start date: April 2026
Your Tasks
- Support Ballsport customers across B2B and B2C topics, ensuring fast, friendly, and high-quality responses
- Handle incoming requests via email and chat using our ticketing tools
- Support new customers during their onboarding phase and help them get started with our product
- Contribute to keeping our help resources and knowledge base up to date
- Support internal projects that improve customer experience and team efficiency
Your Profile
- Interest in sports (ideally ballsports) and motivation to work in customer support
- Strong communication skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
- Enjoy helping people and staying organised, even when things get busy
- Comfortable working with digital tools and structured processes
- Open-minded, reliable, and a team player
- First experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not required

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a minimum yearly gross salary of EUR 31,430 (based on a full-time basis of 35h, change according to the position and experience level)
