Overview
As a Customer Care Intern at Eversports, you will help ensure a smooth and positive experience for our B2C users. You’ll manage customer communication, support the improvement of our help resources, and collaborate with different teams across the company. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll gain practical experience in customer support, communication, and cross-functional teamwork, all while contributing to our mission to "Make Sports Happen".
Work time: 30-35h/week
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Vienna, Austria
Your Tasks
- Be the voice of Eversports by supporting our B2C users through clear, friendly, and efficient ticket communication.
- Keep our users safe by monitoring data security matters and sharing your findings with the responsible team.
- Help shape our knowledge base by creating and improving help center articles, proofreading content, and supporting B2B team initiatives.
- Jump into meaningful projects that help our teams work smarter and contribute to the growth and impact of Eversports.
Your Profile
- You’re currently enrolled at a university as a full-time student
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and genuine motivation to be part of the Eversports team
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and high attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Positive and team-oriented attitude, comfortable following processes while contributing ideas

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 15,750 (based on a full-time basis of 35h)
