Overview

As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will be the driving force behind our B2B and B2C paid marketing efforts across multiple European markets. You will take ownership of planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns to generate leads and scale our growth, while ensuring strategies are tailored to local needs. Acting as the in-house expert for performance marketing, you’ll combine strategic influence with hands-on execution and play a key role in our marketing leadership team. Work time: Full-time  (35h/week, every second Friday off!)

Your Tasks

• Defining and managing paid marketing budgets across multiple markets
• Adapting strategies to local market needs in close collaboration with team members
• Ensuring lead acquisition goals are met or exceeded on a regular basis
• Acting as the in-house expert for campaign strategy, bidding, and optimization

Your Profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Demonstrated success in owning and managing multi-market budgets and achieving acquisition goals
• Deep expertise in custom audiences, advanced targeting, strategic bidding, and optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards (e.g., HubSpot)
• Track record of improving ROI and scaling lead generation in competitive environments
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize across markets
• Fluent in English (German, French or Spanish are a plus)
