Overview
As our Customer Care Executive (f/m/d) you will be assisting with onboarding, troubleshoot technical issues, answering product-related inquiries, and guiding users through software features. During onboarding and training by our specialists, you will quickly take over responsibility and manage your own projects and contribute towards making your own impact on our mission "Makes Sports Happen".

Your Tasks
- You are the main contact for our DACH partners (sport venues, Yogastudios, etc…)
- You support our existing B2B partners via all support channels such as the ticket system, in writing via live chat and via video calls
- You maintain and improve the online helpdesk ensuring the content is up to date, relevant and easy to use
- You contribute to the development of our software product and you are working together with the Product Development team based on the customers' feedback
- You continuously improve our processes through close exchange with Sales, Operations and Product Development regarding customer feedback
- You are able to manage your activities independently
Your Profile
- Excellent German and good English skills, both verbal and written; French or Dutch is a plus
- Customer centricity and strong ability to successfully communicate with clients
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is considered a plus
- Experience with a ticketing system (Hubspot) is a welcomed advantage
- Passion for sports, and a never-give-up mentality
