About The Role
The Senior Executive Assistant at Everest plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. As the communication leader for executive clients, the Senior EA oversees projects, ensures high-quality administrative support, and implements proactive solutions. This role combines executive assistance, account management, project coordination, and mentorship.

- Mentor: Provide guidance to Junior EAs and EAs, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Account Management: Act as the primary contact for executive clients, understanding their business needs, and driving improvements in service delivery.
- Administrative Support: Mentor Junior EAs, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements while maintaining confidentiality.
- Client Coordination: Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating to develop plans aligned with client objectives.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in client-related projects, coordinating resources and meeting deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Proactively resolve client concerns, acting as a liaison to manage escalations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports on account performance and maintain detailed records of client interactions and project timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Guide client onboarding, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with product and technical teams.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 7-10+ years supporting C-level executives in roles like executive assistant or chief of staff. Proven ability in managing complex communications, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring junior staff and leading cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools (Asana, Trello), financial software (Ramp), and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Key Competencies: Strategic problem-solving, exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, confidentiality, organizational excellence, resilience, and adaptability.
Work Environment:
- Location: Remote, available during Eastern and/or Pacific time zones.
- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week.
- Travel: Up to 40% travel may be required, fully covered by Everest.
- Device: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000 - $100,000+
