IT Support Specialist

This is one of the first roles in our expanding marketing team, and you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and success

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate and manage applications with Okta and other identity management systems.

• Manage employee hardware (laptops, desktops, communication devices) and software tools.

• Administer user accounts, permissions, and security policies.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external IT regulations.

• Manage and maintain MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems.

• Provide IT support with a service-oriented mindset, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar IT role, preferably in a high-tech environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of Okta, MDM systems, IT security policies, and enterprise software tools.

• Experience managing hardware, software deployment, and user permissions.

• English and Hebrew: high proficiency (written and spoken).

• Service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Relevant military experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with IT support tools, ticketing systems, and basic networking knowledge.
