In-House Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer (m/w/d)
As a In-House Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer at ENVIRIA, you are a central legal interface within the company. You combine legal expertise with commercial thinking and support specialist departments as well as management in developing sustainable and pragmatic solutions. In doing so, you do not see Legal as a brake, but as an enabler of growth – thus making an important contribution to the successful implementation of the energy transition.
How you drive the energy transition

You are the internal point of contact for commercial law matters and advise specialist departments and management in a solution-oriented and practical manner.

You draft, review and negotiate contracts (including project, supplier, service and cooperation agreements) and ensure legally sound and economically viable results.

You take professional responsibility for our contract portfolio and continuously develop contract templates in order to optimally support our scalable business model.

You coordinate and manage external law firms, keep an eye on quality, costs and results, and translate legal assessments into clear, actionable recommendations.

You support corporate law matters, e.g. shareholders’ resolutions, structuring measures and ongoing corporate topics.

You contribute to building efficient, pragmatic legal processes and work closely with Finance, Sales, Project Management and other teams.
What you already bring with you
- A legal education with a successfully completed first state examination and the interest in applying legal expertise in a practical way within a corporate environment.
- Initial relevant professional experience from a commercial law firm ( Corporate / Commercial / Transactions ) and/or an in-house position.
- Very good knowledge of general contract law as well as solid foundations in corporate law.
- Experience in working with external law firms.
- A strong commercial mindset, an independent way of working and the motivation to take on responsibility.
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level).
