Project Finance Manager (m/f/d)

As a Project Finance Manager (m/f/d) at ENVIRIA, you accompany our energy projects from the early development phase through to financial closing. You work at the interface between project development, financing, legal matters, and external partners, ensuring that our projects are economically viable, financeable, and contractually sound.

How You Drive the Energy Transition

• You review, structure, and compile all relevant commercial project documentation.

• You act as the central point of contact for investors and financing banks throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• You advise on land securing and property-related topics, taking financeability into account, and coordinate closely with internal interfaces.

• You review, draft, and negotiate project and financing agreements.

• You implement contractual agreements and ensure the in rem and rank-appropriate securing of usage rights in the land register.

• You take responsibility for achieving financial closing.

What You Already Bring With You

• Completed vocational training in banking, legal, or notarial services, or a degree in finance, business administration, or business law

• Professional experience in project-based business, ideally in the energy or real estate sector

• Solid knowledge of contract law, credit and security law, or property law

• A confident and professional demeanor with strong communication and negotiation skills

• A structured, analytical, and customer-oriented working style

• Fluent German (spoken and written) and English skills at a minimum C1 level
