As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) / Key Account Manager at ENVIRIA, you are a key part of our Sales Team. You combine strategic thinking with a strong sense for relationships and actively contribute to ensuring that our sustainable energy solutions find their way to companies across Germany. With your commitment and enthusiasm, you are one of the key drivers of our growth and help advance the energy transition step by step, every day.

 

How You Drive the Energy Transition

 

  • You proactively approach customers and guide them through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.

  • You build long-term customer relationships and jointly develop new projects with your clients.

  • You design tailor-made solutions that are optimally aligned with the needs and conditions of your customers.

  • You are responsible for proposal preparation and ensure that pricing, costs, and profitability are aligned.

  • You coordinate internal processes and work closely with Operations, Finance, and Project Management.

  • Your project, your deal: you lead negotiations through to a successful contract conclusion and inspire your customers.

  • You remain a reliable partner in after-sales and ensure that our partnerships continue to grow.

 

What You Already Bring With You

 

  • Sales experience, ideally in the real estate, commercial, or industrial sector
  • Proven success in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with empathy and clarity
  • Team spirit and enjoyment of working cross-functionally to achieve the best results
  • Willingness to travel to support customers on site
  • German and English language skills at C1 level
