Your mission:

Join us in disrupting post-trade processing in the Over-the-Counter (OTC) energy trading market.

Join us as a Cloud Engineer and leave your mark by redefining how energy post-trade operations work! You will have a real impact in shaping our engineering culture and our platform, assuming responsibility and growing within our quickly developing startup.

What you’ll do: 

• Your main focus will be the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based systems and infrastructure for us.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to evaluate and identify optimal solutions for future features and architecture by using state of the art cloud products. 
• Modify and improve existing architecture with and R&D mindset..
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices and modern monitoring tools.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Who you are:

• Degree in computer science or a similar field.
• Experience in the field of cloud computing with AWS
• Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g. Gitlab).
• Experience with SysOps and Infrastructure-as-Code. (terraform, CDK, cloud formation)
• AWS certifications are a plus
• Database design experience is a plus 
• Interest and passion to learn and experiment with new technologies
• Strong desire to automate routine processes
• A "you build it, you run it"-mentality
• The ability to work autonomously and in a result-oriented way
• Strong written and spoken English skills
