YOUR MISSION

Join us in disrupting the international energy market and leave your mark in redefining how energy traders work!

Be part of the development of the enmacc platform defining the future of OTC energy trading. Help the team tackle all legal-related challenges we face. 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO

Commercial Law:
  • You support the team in answering legal inquiries, especially from the commercial team and help with drafting and reviewing legal documents such as NDAs and Service Agreements
  • You will be heavily involved in legal projects relating to data protection and information security
  • You solve legal questions through research and prepare comprehensive expert opinions to be used by internal stakeholders in their decision-making process
Capital Markets Law:
  • You support the team in fulfilling capital market requirements such as verifying the legal and commercial background of our Clients and regularly reporting to the respective regulatory authorities
  • You will be heavily involved in upcoming financial and regulatory audits and take on subtasks
  • You monitor the relevant regulatory provisions and keep the team updated on relevant developments

 

YOUR PROFILE / WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • You study law (Rechtswissenschaften/Wirtschaftsrecht) 
  • You have an affinity for business law and capital market law and ideally already have some practical professional experience in this area
  • You are a strong communicator with very good written and spoken German and English skills, especially for legal texts
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are interested in agile working in a startup in the IT sector
  • You work independently and in a structured manner
  • You have very good MS Office skills
