We’re looking for an IT Operations Specialist to build and own Enginy’s IT, security, and compliance infrastructure as we grow.
About the role
You will own Enginy’s IT operations, security, and internal systems, ensuring employees have secure tools from day one while maintaining strong compliance standards.
IT Operations
- Manage the company’s device fleet and IT infrastructure
- Ensure all devices are configured, encrypted, and managed through MDM
- Own the device lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Take ownership of technical onboardings
Access & Security
- Manage accounts, permissions, RBAC, SSO and MFA
- Maintain strong endpoint security and access controls
Compliance
- Lead ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001 and SOC processes
- Keep policies, documentation, and audit evidence up to date
Internal IT Support
- Provide fast IT support to internal teams
- Ensure new hires are fully set up from their first day
About you
- 2–5 years of experience in IT operations, IT administration, or IT management
- Experience with MDM, device management, SSO, MFA and access control
- Familiarity with security or compliance frameworks (ISO/SOC) is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
