Financial Controller

Energame is a management consultancy and an investment advisory firm specialized in online entertainment.

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Financial Controller  to join our Partner's team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the school’s budget, perform regular reviews, and develop financial forecasts;
• Payment Management: Control daily transactions and implement financial safeguards;
• Software Implementation: Lead financial software implementations and train staff on new systems;
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and provide financial insights;
• ERP System Management: Manage and customize the ERP system, ensuring it meets financial and operational requirements;
• Analytical Reporting: Prepare analytical reports, perform variance analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities;
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices;
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Support audits, compliance activities, and special financial projects.

Essential professional experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred;
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices;
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

The financial controller will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and drive financial strategy. This role demands strong analytical skills and a passion for enhancing financial processes.
