Head of Affiliate (Japanese)

Energame is a management consultancy and an investment advisory firm specialized in online entertainment.

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.

We are looking for a Head of Affiliate for one of our partners.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for the affiliate program in the Japan market;
• Lead and manage a team of affiliate managers and coordinators, ensuring high performance and continuous development;
• Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand the program and drive revenue growth;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners, fostering long-term collaborations;
• Negotiate and manage commission structures and payouts, ensuring competitive and fair compensation;
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROI;
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure affiliate efforts are aligned with overall marketing strategies;
• Provide guidance and support to affiliates to ensure the success of their campaigns;
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing;
• Develop and deliver training programs for the affiliate team to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential professional experience:

• Native Japanese speaker with a deep understanding of the Japan market;
• Proficiency in English;
• Extensive experience in affiliate marketing, particularly within the Japan market;
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team;
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, commission structures, and performance optimization;
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of successful affiliate partnerships;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance data;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Japanese and English;
• Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities in affiliate marketing.
