Compensation and Benefits Lead

Energame is a management consultancy and an investment advisory firm specialized in online entertainment.

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead HR Operational activities for HR Admin, Compensations and Benefits, HR Budget and Analytics as well as related operations teams
  • Provide guidance and partnership to the HRBPs and senior business stakeholder on reward related matters
  • Be a source of expert information and advice in compensations for the regions
  • Understand business needs and provide appropriate compensation and benefits solutions to key stakeholders
  • Partner with HRs to recommend viable solutions to address ad hoc challenging situations
  • Review and develop competitive reward policies
  • Keep abreast of external pay trends, interpret and evaluate market trends of competitive compensation packages and salary structure reviews to ensure the right balance between human capital budget and talent attraction/motivation/retention
  • Partner with Global and Regional HRBPs on job grades review to ensure internal equity and appropriate grading structure
  • Lead annual compensation review and semi-annual bonus process
  • Ensure readiness including accrual reports, data accuracy, system testing and HRBPs and line managers education and demonstration of pay-for-performance philosophy
  • Understand the regulatory environment and remain informed of relevant retirement/social security/provident fund contribution and pay practices/act in different markets as they impact on compensation and benefit policies and strategies and propose appropriate actions
  • Partner with country HR to ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements and organizational policies

Essential professional experience:

  • 3+ years of teams and projects management
  • English and Ukrainian proficiency
  • Analytics and reporting expertise (Tableau/Power BI will be a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation principles, market pricing, and salary practices
  • Deep understanding of compensation structures, models, and benefit programs
  • Strong knowledge of variable pay practice, experience in designing and developing bonus schemes
  • Proficiency in market research and benchmarking
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google spreadsheets, HRIS
  • Strong communicator and decision maker
