Chief Executive Officer (New GEOs)

Energame is a management consultancy and an investment advisory firm specialized in online entertainment.

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.

We are looking for a key expert to spearhead the expansion into new regions on behalf of our partner.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality business strategy and plans; 
• Ensure strategy alignment with the objectives; 
• Take overall responsibility for the business, P&L and growth in the regions; 
• Lead the company growth in the markets and oversee the expansion of the company’s portfolio; 
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance markets penetration and increase revenue; 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in iGaming market in the regions; 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners across CIS and EU; 
• Foster strong relationships with key partners; 
• Manage and develop a team of broad diversity role and function, from overseeing customer support, payments, managing relationships with key suppliers including cost control, quality of delivery, negotiating new contracts, operational KPIs and ensuring overall customer satisfaction; 
• Support the team in establishing success metrics and key performance indicators for their respective operations in order to improve Profitability.

Essential professional experience:

• Master’s degree in Marketing /Business/ Economics (preferable but not a must);
• Languages: Russian - native, English - upper-intermediate; 
• Min 5+ years’ B2C iGaming experience with the top online gambling players or relevant; 
• Prior and proven experience as CMO, COO working with the CIS and EU markets; 
• Experience of leading and managing high performing teams (~100+ people); 
• P&L management experience (min. 1mln USD monthly); 
• Soft skills: ​​charismatic personality with strong character and with superior communication skills.
