International Lawyer

Energame is a management consultancy and an investment advisory firm specialized in online entertainment.

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.

We are looking for a talented International Lawyer to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Research and review laws in various jurisdictions in regulated and non-regulated spheres;
• Manage the processes of incorporation of new companies, as well as licensing processes;
• Manage work of the local external service providers;
• Review legal risks in relations to set-ups and licensing;
• Be point of reference for team members about the mentioned.

Essential professional experience:

• Degree in law or a related field;
• From 3 years of experience as a lawyer or compliance officer or in a related filed, experience in consulting firms is a plus. Candidates with more years of experience are also welcome;
• Good research and risk evaluation skills, ability to analyze and evaluate big scopes of data;
• Problem-solving and proactive approach;
• Good self-management and time-management skills;
• Team-player;
• Good legal writing skills: ability to summarize and explain complex legal matters in a simple language;
• Fluent in English, fluent in Ukrainian/russian
