Finance & Strategy Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance & Strategy Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a hands-on role supporting Management with strategic finance analysis, financial modelling, and corporate finance initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, the VP of Finance and senior leadership team, providing insights that shape key business decisions and help drive growth.
Please note: This is a permanent role and requires you to attend the office, 5 days a week (Mon to Fri, 9am - 6pm) - Based in Euston, London.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Support Management with strategic financial analysis, including pricing, unit economics, and international expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-range financial models to support fundraising, M&A, and other corporate finance initiatives.
- Develop and prepare presentations and materials for the Managing Director, including external investor pitches and internal group communications.
- Contribute to business review meetings, supporting Management with performance analysis, insights, and preparation.
- Assist in the setting, tracking, and management of OKRs, ensuring alignment between business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Provide analytical and financial support for ad hoc strategic projects as required.
- Partner cross-functionally to gather business data, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy in strategic and financial reporting.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a similar finance/strategy role within industry
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent presentation-building skills, comfortable preparing materials for senior management and external stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep interest in strategy, growth, and business performance
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
