London Clinic ANP - Coil Fitting - 16hrs per week
eMed is looking for enthusiastic, motivated ANPs to provide an excellent clinical service in our face-to-face clinics. We are looking for ANPs who are qualified to practice in the UK to work in our state-of-the-art London clinics for 16hrs per week.
We have a wonderful team of multidisciplinary staff (which includes reception staff, nurses, HCAs, physiotherapists and GPs) and we welcome the opportunity to further broaden our clinic family.
We provide face-to-face appointments for our GP at Hand patients Monday to Saturday with fantastic central locations. All of the locations are near major transport hubs and are highly accessible for patients and staff.
In addition to offering face-to-face +/- digital appointments across the full spectrum of primary care, the successful candidate will be providing a Fitting and Removal service of LNG-IUDs for non-contraceptive indications where appropriate as part of the 2024/25 Northwest London ICB Enhanced Service offer. Pending further discussions with commissioners, we are keen to expand this service to include the full scope of LARC provision and primary care Women’s Health.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Delivering high quality patient care as a general practitioner in primary care
- Conducting physical (F2F) appointments +/- digital consultations
- Fitting and Removal service of LNG-IUDs for non-contraceptive indications where appropriate as part of the 2024/25 Northwest London ICB Enhanced Service offer
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- GMC registered General Practitioner with a GMC licence to practice
- On the GMC GP Register
- On the England Medical Performers List
- Fully compliant with NHS statutory and mandatory training requirements
- Minimum six months NHS Primary Care experience post CCT
- Up-to-date Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) letter of competence (LoC) in IUD/S insertion and removal (maintained and re-certified in accordance with FSRH regulations every 5 years).
- Current FSRH associate membership
- Completed face-to-face BLS training within the last 12 months
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to adhere and keep up to date with our strict CQC compliance process
- Have a good understanding and knowledge regarding the delivery of primary care services, the GMS/PMS contract, Clinical Governance and the Quality & Outcomes Framework
