The Role

To strengthen our Revenue Architecture & Operations team, we are looking for a Senior Revenue Intelligence Analyst to drive predictable revenue growth through comprehensive analytics across the entire customer journey. You will serve as the strategic bridge between Revenue Operations and FP&A, connecting insights across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Excellence to inform executive decision-making and annual planning processes. Working closely with Finance, GTM leadership, and cross-functional teams, you'll develop predictive models, build executive dashboards, and deliver unified forecasting excellence that drives revenue optimization.

What you'll do

  • Analyze the complete revenue funnel from lead generation through customer expansion, developing predictive models and attribution frameworks across all GTM functions.
  • Serve as primary Revenue Operations interface to FP&A for business-level analysis, supporting planning processes and bookings forecast development.
  • Connect marketing campaign performance, sales conversion rates, and customer success outcomes to provide holistic insights and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance and CRO on quarterly and annual revenue planning, creating executive-ready dashboards and board-level reporting with scenario planning.
  • Define and maintain key revenue metrics and KPI frameworks, conducting in-depth analysis on funnel optimization, territory design, and resource allocation.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales analytics, or cross-functional business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and AI tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R, Claude, OpenAI preferred) with proven track record across multiple business functions.
  • Experience with BI platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) for dashboard development and strong understanding of revenue systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Deep sales expertise with systems thinking ability to connect data points across the entire revenue lifecycle and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills to present complex findings to executives and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Excellence, and Finance.
