The role & the team
As Vice President of Product, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our platform product portfolio targeting the Office of the CFO. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation, enhance user experience, and deliver business outcomes aligned with Lucanet’s mission and growth targets.
What you’ll do
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CFO Solution Platform.
- Identify market opportunities and position products to maintain competitive advantage.
- Partner with M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Lucanet externally, showcasing our product portfolio and value proposition.
- Integrate competitive analysis and AI-driven insights into product planning.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Delivery, and SRE to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Equip GTM teams with product insights, roadmaps, and value messaging.
- Drive initiatives that impact ARR through sales and marketing campaigns.
- Establish KPIs to measure product success and inform future investments.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Align product initiatives with company strategy in collaboration with the Board and VPs.
- Champion product-led growth strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to co-create impactful solutions.
- Use data and feedback to optimize product experience and scale globally.
- Ensure compliance with international financial software regulations.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years in SaaS product management, ideally targeting financial executives or CFOs.
- Proven success launching and scaling products in international markets.
- Experience in leadership roles within companies of €100M–€400M revenue.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
